The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks from the Chinook Mall, making it very accessible. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although there was some noise and cold coming in. The dining experience may not meet expectations for variety, but the hotel offers waffles for breakfast. The staff service received a low rating due to some uncomfortable encounters, and the hotel's price point could be considered advantageous for the area.
The hotel was quite inexpensive, though the rooms felt like a storeroom and possibly infested with bed bugs. The 1-inch gap under the door led us to use towels to block out the light from the hallway. The service made us feel like inmates in a prison, with a rude attitude and unexpected high deposit charges. However, the location was near the Chinook shopping mall, offering good access to the city despite heavy traffic.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was pretty good, with easy access to downtown and shopping, but the service was disappointing. The rooms were small and cramped, with some unnecessary furniture, yet the price was reasonable. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were just average.
